  • Many families choose virtual therapy as an alternative for children who struggle with transitions, demands, or experience significant anxiety in new situations. The child is invited to participate in the session based on their interest, but participation is never required. Each session lasts 50 minutes and is structured using the parent coaching model. Between sessions, you will receive recommendations for strategies to explore with your child, including gradual adjustments to family dynamics, the environment, and skill-building activities that support more comprehensive changes.

  • The parent coaching model is a collaborative approach that supports caregivers in understanding and responding to their child’s unique needs. Through individualized guidance, therapists provide caregivers with practical tools and strategies to foster positive interactions, improve communication, and support progressive skill-building at the child’s individual pace.
